We Need YOU To Help the Athletes at TCHS!

Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!

The concession stand is the number one way TCHS ABC raises money for the teams and athletes at TCHS.  Volunteers working the concession stand is VITAL to our success.  Because of volunteers, TCHS Athletic Booster Club gave over $50 thousand in 2018-2019 year!  We would love to give each team a large cash amount again at the end of this year with the help of volunteers LIKE YOU!  So be sure to volunteer whenever possible and purchase your snacks, drinks and Falcon Gear at the TCHS Athletic Booster Club concessions!

Here’s what some of the money was used for:

  • 10 Student Scholarships - $1,000 each
  • Varsity jackets to athletes that earned their lettermen.
  • Team banners that hang in the gym
  • Pay for varsity players to attend end of season team banquets
  • Pay for our 12 athletes attending the Hall of Fame Banquet (State Qualifiers)
  • Team Payouts for coaches to purchase items for their sport

Each TCHS Athletic Sport team is assigned one of the stands at one Varsity Football games (Keller ISD Stadium) to be filled by your team’s parents and athletes.  Please check the Sign-up Genius link for “Varsity Football ” at the top and bottom of this page or on the Athletic Booster’s Home page.

If each parent on the team would work 4 hours per school year, we would more than have enough volunteers!  Please do your part where you can!

What you need to know to volunteer

  • Sign Up Genius is the official TCHS ABC volunteer portal. Click the Sign Up Genius link, pick your selected date/time, register your email. Set up your reminders if you’d like. Call a friend and make it a fun get-together, charitable event!
  • All shifts MUST include at least ONE parent. Students cannot handle cash.
  • Training will be provided to the volunteers by the manager on duty.
  • Event shifts that are not filled within 24 hours of the event will be forfeited by the team resulting in penalty, loss of team payout and/or possible closure of concession stands for said event.
  • Senior and/or their parents should consider working 10 hours as part of the requirement for your athlete to be eligible for a TCHS ABC scholarship.
